All-Outdoors Meals: Fresh,
Wholesome and Healthy!

All-Outdoors takes pride in procuring high quality, often organic, and often local ingredients to use in our meals. Our guides strive to prepare the most delicious, gourmet style meals that will make you feel like you are eating at a waterfront restaurant out in the wilderness. We have carefully created menus that can easily accommodate vegetarians and meat eaters.

On 1-Day trips, we provide a gourmet "build-your-own" sandwich lunch that includes all the fixings you’ll need to assemble the perfect sandwich along with kettle style potato chips, dried fruit, and chocolate. Enjoy your relaxing, riverside meal before heading back out on the water for more adventure

On Multi-Day trips, our meals are freshly prepared with a selection of healthy ingredients. Typically, dinner will begin with beverages and hors d'oeuvres in camp while your guides prepare your hearty main entrees like chicken, steak or pork along with pasta, sauteed vegetables, or mashed potatoes, fresh tossed salad, garlic bread and a tasty dessert. The next morning you can wake up with your choice of cowboy coffee or tea while your guides prepare a hearty classic camp breakfast with bacon and/or sausage, eggs, and cowboy potatoes OR a hearty continental breakfast sandwich with all the fixings, fresh seasonal fruit, yogurt and granola.

If you have special dietary requirements, we encourage you to tell us at the time of your reservation so we can discuss options.

Dinner on the Tuolumne River

Guest Feedback

"I have been on many, many rafting trips and I will say that was the best lunch I have had on the river. Ya'll did good! Maybe you can move to W. Va and NC and show some of these rafting companies how to do rafting right."
-Dennis K. from Pineville, NC (on a Merced 1-Day trip)
"We had driven in from Utah the night before the trip so although we offered to assist with dinner prep and clean up, our guides knew we were tired and encouraged us to take time to relax and play while dinner and dessert were being prepared for us. We had chicken, potatoes, and salad for dinner. Breakfast was a delicious mix of fruit, Kelly's famous eggs and other goodies- better food than I make at home!"
-Kelli C. from St. George, UT (on a Middle Fork 2-Day trip)
"I must say that the food - its preparation, presentation and taste - was out of this world. I simply don't know how your tour does it, but even by day three the food was still outstanding."
-Sean W. from San Diego, CA (on a Tuolumne 3-Day trip)
"The food that the guides prepared exceeded my expectations. I figured that we would be roughing it a bit being out overnight on the river, but the food was better than some hotel meals I've had. Again, the guides did such a great job preparing and putting together a nice spread."
-Derek T. from Thousand Oaks, CA (on a 2-Day Tuolumne trip)
